Order Processing & Fulfillment

 

Our team works hard to get your order ready for its journey.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. A "working day" is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email which will include your tracking number.


 

Estimated Shipping Times

 

Shipping times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed. The following delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and local postal services.

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 working days

  • Europe: 4-7 working days

  • United States: 5-8 working days

  • Rest of the World: 5-10 working days


 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

  • Tracking Number: Your shipping confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a link to the courier's website.

  • Activation: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system after you receive the email.
